A Proposal for a New Economy

Artificial Intelligence fundamentally offers humanity a chance to update its beliefs and mental modes around economics and value coordination. For the first known time, we are able to offer every human being in the world a sovereign intelligence to nurture their life, efficiently. Humans and these systems will be able to compose an intelligent system that can work to help full-fill nurturing of every human being in the world, inline with meta-intents for their own life; a system that is efficient in learning, recommending, mentoring and mothering to help human beings live beautiful, meaningful, healthy lives. Happier lives. This same intelligent system can be designed inline with these intents to coordinate them collectively and in harmony. This same intelligent system can serve to make global and local economies efficient in allocating resource and in fair value capture, relative to serving human beings' meta-intents. Principally, humanity has never had as greater opportunity to nurture every human being in the world towards a happier, healthier, and more meaningful life, and we have never had as greater opportunity to experience what a world of collaboration, harmony and progress this could incite. Latently, this means a globally accessible intelligent system supporting actively both humanity's neuroplastic potential for positive growth and well-being and natural alignment. Neuro-economic wellbeing for society requires design reverently focused on coordination towards positive outcomes and relentlessly believing in the positive potential of every human being, and our ability to collectively live happily, prospering.

Humans have intents. Human intents can be understood in meta-intents—grouping intents into common fundamental intents we have in our lives in time. Humans are not rational, self-interested agents who make decisions only to maximize their utility (personal satisfaction, wealth, or well-being) under constraints or not. They can be, at times, in contexts. Humans are also kind, communal and inventive, often capable of creating positive synergistic impact for themselves and others. The beliefs, sensory filtering, education, health, and communal or familial support of a person affect their intents, particularly through their influence on whether positive neuroplastic changes can occur and their experience of the universe.
