Everything is Energy

Everything in our lives is energy. The better we are able to understand and cultivate energy in our lives, the happier, more fullfilling, giving and creative lives we can live. I wish this for myself and to better understand and learn from each of these energies in order to have a happier, more meaningful life. I wish for my settings, communities, family and romantic relations, and creations/work to aid me in this divine wish.

Energies

I have discovered so far in my life these types of energies and I see them grouped as such:

• Quantum, Solar, Planetary

• Spiritual, Love, Social

• Nutritional, Physical

• Creative, Narrative

• Ecological

• Water

I even see them in this order, yet Water is below as it is always the presence of life and not only permiates or affects all other energies, but I believe actually enables them.

Balance

Systems, beliefs and futures towards balance and cultivations of these energies acknowlegde:

• My engagement with these energies is a personal account, responsibility and benefit.

• My experience of these energies is not solo; my engagement in systems and with other people can change these energies for me and ideally even help my balance and cultivation of them, and, through this, help me to help other people and settings in experiencing energetically vibrant lives.

• I am always learning about energy, these energies, categorisation of them, balance and cultivation of them, and discovery of new energies and energy dynamics.

At present, I feel aware of these energies and have been a student of them, yet I feel a sense of disconnect to them and certainly through my interface to them. This is something I am intentionally setting to learn and nurture in my relations, settings, systems and creations.
