Madeleine Parker (Madvi)
Co-founder of Newfoundation and newOS - a decentralized protocol and OS coordinating new intelligence, accelerated by NVIDIA and part of the research networks of MIT Decentralized AI and Foresight Institute. Founded in 2019 as an AI research and product lab, today newOS is a local AI operating system, AGTP (Agent Graph Trust Protocol) is a universal standard for the Internet of Agents, and Newcoin Protocol is a peer-to-peer reinforcement learning protocol for AI agentic systems.
Madeleine holds master and bachelor degrees from University College London (UCL) and ESMT, and formerly worked in crypto at KPMG and blockchain at UN WFP. Her expertise covers product and agentic development, strategy and research, growth and funding, and she has been organising and hosting private decentralized AI and AI safety research events globally since 2021 with top researchers, founders, and investors in this space.
